For BC and Ontario, the offer submission process on the Bōde platform includes steps similar to those in Alberta but with a few additional requirements:

  1. Add Info Re: Citizenship and Current Address: Before adding additional buyers, you must provide details about your citizenship and your current address. This information is crucial for compliance with provincial regulations.

  2. Add Additional Buyers: Similar to Alberta, this involves entering the details of any co-buyers.

  3. Choose Offer Price and Deposit Amount: Specify the amount you wish to offer and the deposit amount.

  4. Choose Deposit Deadline and Possession Day: Select the deadlines for the deposit and the desired possession date.

  5. Choose Goods Included/Excluded: List the goods included or excluded in the offer.

  6. Add Terms and Conditions: Specify any terms and conditions associated with the offer.

  7. Offer Summary: Review and confirm all entered details.

  8. Thank You Page: Confirmation of successful submission.
