If you have received an offer on the Bōde platform and you haven't accepted or countered it by the expiration deadline, the offer terminates.

As the seller, you will receive email notifications both when an offer is submitted and when an offer is due to expire in 24 hours if you haven't actioned it.

Of course, this is the same outcome as would occur if you were working offline with a Realtor. Offers are always time-bound.

If you would like the buyer to make another offer after the exipration, they can easily create a new offer utilizing the data saved from their previous offer as a starting point.
