Do you co-own your property with other individuals? It's simple to include them in the listing process. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Select the 'Myself & Others' option at the start of the Ownership Section.

  2. Fill out legal name, email and phone number for an additional owner of the property in the designated fields.

  3. Click on the 'Send Invite' link.

  4. If you have more than one additional owner, click on the '+ Add another Co-Owner' link' and fill out the information for the other individual(s).

  5. When the 'Send Invite' link is clicked, the individual is added to your listing. However, they must create an account on the Bōde platform and complete ID verification successfully in order for the listing to be submitted. Note: They will have received an email with all of the necessary instructions when you clicked on the 'Send Invite' link.

  6. Select how you want to show the Co-Owner on the listing by changing their legal name to a nickhame if you wish. Note: Only their first name is shown by default.

  7. When you submit the listing for review, you will receive the Listing Agreement with Bōde via DocuSign in your inbox.

  8. All owners you have added during the listing process will be included on the Listing Agreement.

  9. Initial and sign the Listing Agreement in DocuSign and click on the 'Complete' button in the top right corner of the screen.

  10. The Listing Agreement will then be sent one at a time to all other Co-Owners on the listing for them to initial and sign as well.

  11. Once all owners have signed the Listing Agreement, the completed contract is sent to everyone for their files.
