Can I use information from the last time my home sold when I create my listing?

This article describes how you might be able to get a head start with your listing by using the data entered in the MLS as a starting point.

Yes, this is possible when your address exactly matches a recent sold record in our database of listings. If we have found a match, the following steps may be followed:

  1. You will be shown a step where you choose whether you want to be shown data from the most recent sale of your home in your draft listing. Note: you may change any or all of the data presented. The data will need to be supplemented as numerous fields will have skipped by the last seller's agent.

  2. Note: If you choose 'No' you do not want some of the data pre-populated from the past, unfortunately you will not be able to return to this page and change your mind as we cannot maintain two sets of data for a single listing.

  3. Complete the listing process using previous data or entering all new data as you wish.

  4. Once you have filled in all of the the mandatory fields, you many submit your listing for review by the Bōde Team.
