Where do I upload the "Defects Disclosure" document when listing a home for sale?

If you home has material latent defects, we have integrated the required documentation into the listing process. Just follow the steps below

Here are some steps to follow:

  1. Determine if your listing requires the disclosure of material latent defects. This guide will help you assess your situation: https://home.bode.ca/blog/material-latent-defects/

  2. If you are required to make a disclosure about defects, download the document found in the Home & Property section for this purpose.

  3. Fill out the document and upload the PDF in the same section.

  4. Your completed document will be reviewed by the Bōde team. They will reach out during the review process as needed.
