The first difference to note is that homes listed by agents are shown for the purposes of comparsion for buyers and sellers. You cannot book viewings or make offers on these listings on the Bōde platform but you may find the seller agent's contact details if you'd like to arrange a viewing or find out more about the home.

The following attributes mark Bōde listings (sold directly by the homeowner):

  • The seller information card indicates it is a Bōde listing and cites the seller's name

  • The map pin has a Bōde Logo

  • You may booking viewings, contact the seller and make offers on these listings.

When you purchase a home directly from a seller, you will enjoy a streamlined and transparent experience. You will never need to second guess the motives of the other party!
