Did you create the listing youself? Only the onwer of property that created the listing has the ability to make changes. Any co-owners added to the listing cannot adjust the details themselves.

Have you requested changes on an active listing recently? If you requested changes that haven't yet been vetted by the Bōde team yet, the listing cannot be editied further. If you click on the edit icon on the listing card, you will see a notification pop up on the screen describing the situation.
