If an inspection is conducted and the buyers try to re-negotiate the deal, you can choose to agree, counter or decline the re-negotiation.

If you do not accept an amendment to the deal, the initial deal still stands until it is collapsed. If you are collapsing the deal - please notify us at help@bodecanada.com and we will provide you with the form to ensure you are protected.

If you do accept the changes, reach out to Bōde at help@bodecanda.com for help with an amendment to the deal. This will need to be reflected in the contract that will ultimately go the the lawyers.
