The Real-Time Estimated Home Value feature provides you with an up-to-date estimated value of your property, reflecting current market trends. This allows you to understand your home's market value and track your investment's growth.
In order to access this feature, follow these steps:
Click on the Sold Data link in the top navigation
Search for your property.
Click on the map pin located on your property.
Click on the information tile that is shown over the map pin.
The sold property page will load. Click on the 'Create Dashboard' button.
A pop up will be triggered. Answer the question.
Your Homeowner Dashboard will load with the Estimated Home Value section shown.*
*Note: If statistical confidence level of the home estimate is under 80%, this section will not be shown as the data isn't precise enough to be used.
