The offer process necessitates that certain pieces of information about the buyers are inputted as part of the offer so that they can be added to the industry-standard Purchase Agreement. This list includes: legal names, telephone numbers, current address and citizenship status (both in BC). Emails are also needed to circulate the agreement in DocuSign when the deal goes firm.

Beyond data capture for this specific reason, the Bōde Team will not get in touch with buyers represented by agents.
