How do I find out more information is my filters aren't returning comparable home results?

Bōde built a Comparables tool to enable buyers and sellers to access data which empowers them to make objective decisions in the process of selling or buying homes.

If you entered the specifications of a home and did not receive any matching sold or active listings, it means that we could not find substantially matching properties in our database.

Data from MLS entered by Agents is often dirty (contains human error) and different boards mandate various short timeframes (often two years) for presenting data to our users. As a result, matching properties simply might have been sold outside the permitted timeframes.
