We have many people ask if family or friends can help with the sale of your home. RECA sets out some strong guild-lines around how and if this can be done. They do consider someone helping as "trading in real estate without a license".

This information does not apply to the homeowner. If your name is on the title of your home, and you will be selling it, these regulations do not apply to you!
