There are 2 options when placing an offer with a Bōde seller.

1. Use the online offer flow. Agents and sellers tell this is their favourite option. Our intuitive system will guide you through all of the necessary steps to populate an industry-standard contract that may be sent to your buyer for digital signature via DocuSign. We have provided step-by-step instructions below.

2. Email a buyer-signed offer directly to our seller. We will be happy to provide their email address for this purpose. Please remember to cc sellersupport@bodecanada.com so we may assist in the process. It is important that our office is kept apprised so we can meet our obligations with the local boards and ensure trust monies are handled correctly.

The easiest way to submit an offer & preferred by Bōde sellers

Here are the step-by-step instructions on how you can submit an offer on behalf of your clients using the Bōde process preferred by our sellers:

Step 1. Go to the Search page and find the listing your client would like to make an offer on.

Step 2. Click “Make an offer” on the listing your clients are interested in and identify yourself as an agent.

Step 3. Fill out the name of your clients to go on the title, their offer price, deposit, inclusions, exclusions, terms, conditions etc. You will be able to start the clock on when how long your clients would like to make your offer valid.

Step 4. Submit the offer. This will send the offer over to the seller. You will have this offer for reference in “My offers”.

They will have to option to accept, counter or reject your client's offer. If and when you come to an agreement, the agreed-upon terms and conditions will auto-populate an industry-standard DocuSign agreement. Once all parties (title-holders) have signed, your clients have conditionally purchased a home!

You will continue to represent your clients throughout this process and close the way you normally would.

By submitting the offer this way, our sellers will be better informed and prepared through this process and it will be much more streamlined and efficient for everyone!
