The Bōde contract is an exclusive 90-day contract. It is exclusive, meaning your property and interests are not represented by any agent or brokerage during that time. We only charge 1% of the sale price to a ceiling of $10K and only when your home sells.

There is no upfront fee to list with Bōde. There is also no fee if you choose to renew for another 90 days.

Things change; we understand that. If you need to terminate before the first 90-day term has elapsed, we simply ask for reimbursement of costs. This includes things like professional photographs, measurements, and advertising charges.
