Bōde has an exclusive listing agreement that has a 90 day listing period. We only charge 1% of the sold price to a ceiling of 10k, and only when you sell. So, if you have not sold your home in 90 days and wish to remove your home from the market, you do not owe us anything.

We cover photos, measurements and the listing of your home on MLS and 100+ sites upfront.

We also advertise your specific home which drives 300% more traffic than simply listing on MLS.
