Option 1: Pay Upon Success
Cost: 1% of your final sale price (plus GST)
Maximum: Capped at $10,000 (plus GST)
Payment timing: Only after your home has successfully sold
The 1% fee is distributed by the real estate lawyers at the end of the process, similar to the traditional approach. So, it will all be taken care of for you.
Option 2: Pay Upfront
Cost: $949 (plus GST)
Payment timing: Paid by credit card before your listing goes live
Includes:
6 months of total listing time
You can list, delist, and relist within that period (e.g., list for 2 months, return for 4)
Automatic free renewal for an additional 6 months if needed
Non-refundable
