Our Listing Agreement is exclusive for 90 days meaning if you decide to list your home with us, you agree to commit 90 days with us.

To terminate the listing early, there would be a termination fee that would apply. The termination fee is due to Bōde investment in terms of listing fees, advertising and the photos and measurements. The exact termination fee varies depending on the costs incurred by your listing. However, if the full 90-day term is complete, no fee is payable should you not successfully negotiate an agreement for sale within that time.
