If the seller has countered your offer, you will see the terms the seller has agreed to and which terms they have countered in red. You are now able to negotiate by countering or accepting these terms. You can continue to go back and forth this way until you have agreement on each of the terms. When you both are in agreement, the Sales Agreement (contract) will auto-populate with the agreed-upon terms and conditions for all titleholders to accept with a click. At this amazing point, you will have conditionally bought a home!
