Ok, so you’ve received an offer, this is great news! But, now what?

Let us know! If you have submitted your offer online, Bravo! This informs us just fine!

If you received an offer offline, please let us know as soon as possible to ensure your listing is properly represented.

Bōde is equipped to receive offers through our platform which allows us to fully support you along the way, providing the tools and information needed to successfully close the deal.

Your offer can be found on the platform in “My offers” with an allotted time available for acceptance. Upon clicking the offer you will be able to comprehensively review all of the offer details.

Countering an offer - If you would like to counter the offer, first, accept the terms that you agree to, then you can proceed to counter on those you would like to change or improve. You can do this on a term by term basis so it is clear to both parties where you have agreed and where you still require agreement. There is no limit to the number of counters from each party towards an agreement, however, the deal will expire if an agreement is not met within the original offer time availability. In this event, the buyer would need to initiate a new offer.

Agreement - Once both parties have agreed, you will receive an email as well as an on-platform notification that will take you to the populated, industry-standard, contract in DocuSign that reflects the terms of the offer from the previous step. Once you digitally sign this contract it will then be sent to the other parties for their signature.

Hooray! You have conditionally sold your home!

You’ve got this! And you’re not alone, Bōde is here and always ready to support you through the negotiation process!
